We will use the information you provide to determine the availability of our services to you. We use an automated process that helps us decide whether you meet our eligibility criteria.

Access to your personal information under the Section 7(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998

Please note when making this request we shall require the following from you:

- Two forms of identification - This can be two recent utility bills showing your name and address and these will be returned to you. These must be originals.

- Certified copy of a passport or Driving Licence

- An administration fee of £10.
